Real bread,
made slowly.

A small bread project growing one loaf, one table and one story at a time.

Meet the baker

Hi, I'm Prince. I'm still learning what bread can teach.

I started BreadFitt while learning to make the kind of bread I wanted to eat and share. Every early loaf has taught me something about fermentation, patience, and the people who make room for it at their table.

One real beginning

The first paid loaf changed the project. It made the work real — not because it was perfect, but because someone valued the care inside it.

BreadFitt is being built through these small moments: neighbours tasting, friends responding, and each bake becoming a note for the next one.

What real bread feels like

Crust, chew,
flavour and time.

Sourdough is not soft forever. It has character: a crust that can crackle, a crumb with bite, and flavour that comes from a slow ferment rather than shortcuts.

01

Crackle

The crust may sing a little as it cools.

02

Chew

The crumb can feel springy, open and alive.

03

Freshness

Eat it fresh, or slice and freeze for later.

04

Invitation

Toast it with butter, olive oil, soup, coffee or company.

This week's loaf

Sourdough Loaf

One honest loaf, baked in limited batches and arranged personally. The bread should stay visible; the pack only carries the story, care note and BreadFitt rhythm around it.

Final packaging artwork shown here. The physical prototype is being prepared by Brantix and remains subject to prototype review before production.
